2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you use our contact form or email us:

  • Contact details: name, company, email address and (optionally) phone number
  • Project details: the service you are interested in, budget range, timeline and your message
  • Marketing preference: whether you have opted in to marketing emails

If you become a client, we also hold the information needed to deliver the work and to invoice you.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Analytics (only with your consent): pages visited, how you arrived on the site, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type. We use Google Analytics for this. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Advertising measurement (only with your consent): whether a visit from one of our adverts led to an enquiry.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (including IP addresses) to run and secure the service.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

  • Google Firebase (Google Cloud): website hosting, and the service that processes contact-form submissions and stores a copy of each one (run and stored in Google's London region)
  • Google reCAPTCHA: protects the contact form from spam and abuse. It loads only when you start using the form, and Google receives your IP address and browser and device signals to judge whether you are a person. See Google's privacy policy
  • Resend: delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager: website analytics and advertising measurement, only with your consent
  • Our email and office software provider: to receive and reply to your emails

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or restructuring of our business.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in, or may access data from, countries outside the UK, including the United States. Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, so your data stays protected.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 3 years from our last contact
  • Client records: 7 years after the end of the engagement, for tax and legal purposes
  • Marketing preferences: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months
  • Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again

We use reputable, security-certified providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Our services are aimed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
